WEBSITE DESIGN & INTEGRATION
I worked with Communauto's marketing team to design, develop and integrate the company's website for their new ridesharing service launch in Toronto.
I was responsible for all aspects of the project, including:
- Meeting with the team and understanding the nature of project
- Proposing and configuring new cloud-based IT infrastructures
- Showcasing innovative design practices and integration techniques using page builders for advanced layouts and facilitated content maintenance
- Designing high-fidelity mockups and/or interactive website layouts
- Executing the integration and assuring compatibility with responsive devices
- Participating in testing and final checks before launch
- Interfacing with other internal IT teams to integrate specific service features

USER EXPERIENCE OPTIMIZATION
This successful collaboration allowed me to continue working with the team and consult on other aspects that related to user experience and more specifically to how existing and prospecting users perceived and made the distinction between the (many) different levels of services offered.
- Consulted on the visual appearance of fleet vehicles and proposed new designs and approaches that aimed at simplifying user's understanding of the different service-level cars.
- Reimagined the look and feel of the main website with more stimulating visuals
- Delivered interactive mockups of a site overlay that aimed to facilitate user selection of cities with available ride sharing services
- Developed a centralized service status system to allow operational teams to notify users of service outages in different cities, across multiple websites operated by the company

Mockups created to illustrate the use of brand elements and to more easily and visually communicate to riders the various vehicles available at various service levels or subscription types.
MAIN WEBSITE REDESIGN
.Created high-fidelity mockups to present a reimagined look and feel for the main company website, using larger and more stimulating visuals to increase conversion potential.
As part of the redesign, I proposed a streamlined approach to service pricing levels, to make it easier to understand for existing and new users.
This aimed to solve the problem of a convoluted pricing system that required special calculators and multiple data input to yield a cost approximation.
